2005 and 2006 much richer ; 2007 back to classic says Daniel Dampt. September drier, which saved the vintage. Acid still pretty high and picked later than usual. Did some Chablis have too much acid ?

Pure, scented and finely mineral. A little chalky, very pure, delicate but persistent with a fine citrus kick on the long finish. (JH)
